A teenager, who carved his name into his girlfriend’s forehead during a fight, was arrested Friday night, San Antonio police said.

Jackub Jackson Hildreth, 19, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to an arrest affidavit.

The victim told police that on the afternoon of Dec. 5 she and Hildreth got into an argument about their relationship.

During the fight, Hildreth punched the woman multiple times, held her down and carved his name into her forehead with a knife before fleeing the scene, according to the affidavit.

Police said Hildreth has a history of violence, including two outstanding warrants for burglary assault and assault of family violence-strangulation.
